Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to reach out, and we'll make it right.
How It Works for FittBliss Wear (POD Model)
Because all FittBliss Wear products are made to order, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, here's how we handle issues:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. Your choice.
- Not what you expected? Contact us, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
- Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? We're unable to offer refunds for sizing errors or buyer's remorse, but reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.
To request a replacement or refund, contact us at support@fittblisswear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue (for damaged or defective items). Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
After 30 Days
If more than 30 days have passed and you're still experiencing an issue, don't hesitate to reach out at support@fittblisswear.com. We review every situation individually and always want to make things right. ๐
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be refunded or replaced: sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom orders (unless damaged or defective).
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at support@fittblisswear.com.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. Since we're a POD business, rather than returning the physical item, please contact us at support@fittblisswear.com to initiate your cancellation, and we'll process your refund accordingly.
