FittBliss Wear was born from a simple truth: fitness culture has a toxicity problem.
Somewhere along the way, wellness became all about having a perfect body, perfect diet, and perfect dedication. If you skipped a workout or chose wine over the gym, you were "lazy" or "lacking discipline."
We call BS on that.
