I wore this to PT at another gym and did squats in it. A man asked to photograph the shirt, and two other women with knee replacements stopped to tell me they loved it. My knees definitely had to cooperate for those squats. Great quality too.

I like that the shirt was longer and went down to my hips, Some shirts are very short. I bought this shirt because I liked the saying. I have metal knees(LOL). I am 75 and strength train.

The t-shirt is very soft and fits well. Everyone likes the length of the shirt. The only improvement is color fast when laundered. Several of us noted pink color on Shout color sheets.
I walk on the track at our Rec Center. By the time I get my rhythm I forget what I’m wearing. Inevitably on of the women signals me with a smile regarding my shirt. So I go another round.

Fits snug. If you like snug tees, they are true-to-size. If you are like me that prefers loose tees, this tee runs about 1 size smaller than I would like. Otherwise, it’s a nice quality and I will love wearing it after I lose another inch or two on my torso.
